Day #2 - Loading Day (Morning Update)

Well, Day #1 was close to the total calorie "requirements".  I actually couldn't force myself to eat anymore so I ended up around 4,500 calories.  Considering I would usually eat half of that I think I did OK.

Other than breakfast (Dunkin Donuts) I don't really have any plans for today's needs (although I do have more Hostess Apple Pies to fall back on).

Here is the updated eating total:

Day #2
     2 Hostess Apple Pie's - 940c (40f)
     2 Chocolate Long John's from Dunkin Donuts - 560c (30f)
1 Large Iced Hazzelnut Coffee with Double Cream & Double Liquid sugar from Dunkin Donuts - 450c (15f) - estimated
Total Day #2 (so far) - 1,950 calories (85 fat)

Day #1
     1 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit from McDonalds - 560c (36f)
     1 Large Sweet Tea from McDonalds - 280c (0f)
     1 Bang-Bang Chicken from Cheesecake Factory - 800c (12f)
     1 Hostess Apple Pie - 470c (20f)
1 Chicken, Rice, Cheese Burrito from Chipotle - 1,130c (46f)
     1 Hostess Apple Pie - 470c (20f)
     1 Hostess Apple Pie - 470c (20f)
     2 1/4 cups of 2% Milk - 270c (11.25f)
  Total Day #1 - 4,450 calories (165.25 fat)

One of the things I realized from yesterday is that I knew I was eating at Cheesecake Factory for lunch and I got a late start to the day.  So I am going to try to get my calories started early.  For instance today I am already around 2,000.  In comparison it took me until 2pm yesterday to hit the same mark.

I also did some research on the whole 5,000 (to 6,000) calories requirement for the loading days.  I was reading the material again and it is mentioned no where.  I was a little dismayed and literally sick that I had just eaten all of this stuff with no "proof" I needed to.  Come to find out there is a video I was supposed to watch. It does mention it in the video.  It also does make sense that we are trying to jump start our metabolism into overdrive, and then use the "magic" drops to maintain that level during the losing phase.

On a side note, this diet had better work as I weighed myself this morning and I have never weighed this much in my life.
